Our MODEL

The Wealth Automators Model

The Wealth Automators Model

We don’t simply launch online stores—we build professionally managed e-commerce portfolios designed to act as a hands-off investment producing monthly returns, just like your stock or real estate portfolio. By combining multiple marketplaces, AI-driven optimization, authorized U.S. brand partnerships, and a certified U.S. operations team, we’ve created a system that allows our partners to participate in modern e-commerce without managing the day-to-day business. Here’s how the partnership works.

Hands-Off Management

You own the business 100%, while our team manages your e-commerce stores A-Z, handling everything from inventory to customer service. You simply act as a high-level CFO collecting and distributing profits without getting bogged down in daily operations.

Cost-Efficient Operations

Unlike traditional eCommerce models, we don't require warehousing or bulk purchases. Our suppliers ship products directly to consumers only after a sale is made, reducing overhead and risk of unsold inventory.

Sell First, Buy Later

With the "sell first, buy later" model, you only purchase products once they are sold to the consumer, using a credit card. This approach is superior to other e-commerce models that require you to keep a percentage of unsold inventory collecting dust in the warehouse, accruing storage fees.

Major Brands Only

Every day, more than $1.6 billion is sold on Amazon— and 70%+ of that is major US brands. Rather than competing with generic imports, we follow the same boring strategy used by the largest sellers: partnering with established USA brands, selling under official brand listings, and fulfilling FBM through Seller Fulfilled Prime.

Direct Team Communication

We’ve designed our model to emulate acquiring an established business or owning a managed rental property. With real-time dashboards, detailed P&Ls, monthly performance reports, and a dedicated channel to our operations team, you’ll have the visibility and confidence of a true investment while remaining hands-off.

Ideal For Those Looking To Diversify Their Portfolio

Our e-commerce stores are built for people with liquid capital to fund inventory against confirmed sales and cover store buildouts. If you're looking for alternative places to put your money beyond the stock market, real estate, or traditional eCommerce, this is for you.

In this store, we're showing you a full year of real sales. One of the accounts we operate — about $1M over 12 months, walked through month by month. Real dashboard, dips and all, including two slower months while we worked through a supplier issue.

Learn More

In this store review, we're showing you three accounts we operate — live, side by side. Real dashboards: one store at ~$739K lifetime, another past $1.5M, a third at $545K year-to-date. Month by month, ebbs and flows and all — including a client currently pausing to take payouts instead of reinvesting.

Learn More

In this store review, we're showing you two accounts we operate — with the real P&Ls on screen. One store we've managed ~18 months at about $1M in trailing-year sales, and a second at ~$651K over the year ($310K year-to-date). Month by month, real dashboards — including the slower stretches where clients chose to ease sales to keep their accounts protected during a supplier issue.

Learn More

In this store, we're showing you one of our larger accounts — live, with the numbers on screen. A store that's been with us a few years, running roughly $1.13M in sales across a four-month Q4 stretch and a ~$398K single month. Real dashboard, day-by-day and month-by-month — including a client who pays themselves a salary straight out of the account.

Learn More

In this store, we're showing you one of our Walmart accounts — with the P&L on screen. A store we've run since January of last year — about $271K in sales over roughly 16 months, walked through month by month on the real dashboard. Steady, consistent months across the back half of the year.

Learn More

In this store review, we're showing you three of our TikTok Shop accounts in their early months. Newer stores we started running last fall — real dashboards, month by month as they warm up: one at ~$25K in sales since September, another at ~$11K since December, a third at ~$15K since October. An honest look at what the ramp phase actually looks like.

Learn More

In this walkthrough, we're showing you the kinds of products we actually sell — line by line. A look inside a real client store's catalog and the tracking dashboard you'd get access to: everyday high-volume staples like receipt paper, canned goods, emergency water, and bundled consumables. Real products, real units moving — the unglamorous, repeatable inventory that keeps a store selling.

Learn More

In this store review, we're showing you three accounts at different stages — so you can see how stores mature. All three with real dashboards and P&Ls on screen: one two-year store at ~$2.18M in total sales, one at ~$403K about a year and a half in, and a third under a year old at ~$111K and just starting to ramp. A side-by-side look at what the first year, the year-and-a-half mark, and the two-year-plus stage actually look like.

Learn More

In this store review, we're showing you three live accounts — refreshed on screen so you know they're real. All three with real dashboards: a store ~20 months in running ~$120K last month, one about a year and a half at ~$96K last month, and one just over a year old at ~$500K+ year-to-date, currently running lighter while the client focuses on other ventures. Real numbers, ebbs and flows and all.

Learn More

In this walkthrough, we’re taking you inside one real client store and reviewing its performance month by month over the past year. You’ll see live dashboard data refreshed on screen, including periods of rapid growth, seasonal fluctuations, and temporary supplier challenges—providing an honest look at how a professionally managed store performs over time. Real numbers, real performance, and full transparency.

Why Choose Wealth Automators?

Wealth Automators’ unique approach combines proven operating systems, experienced management, and established supplier relationships to maximize every available growth opportunity. For business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, professionally managed e-commerce portfolios provide the opportunity to diversify beyond traditional investments while building long-term cash flow. Backed by over nine years of experience, more than 100 active portfolios, and over $500 million in historical sales, our team helps transform capital into long-term business ownership and lasting wealth.

Amazon

Amazon remains the largest e-commerce marketplace in the world and continues to set the standard for online retail. More than 60% of all products sold on Amazon come from independent third-party sellers, who collectively generate hundreds of billions of dollars in annual sales. In 2025 alone, more than 75,000 U.S. sellers surpassed $1 million in annual sales, while independent sellers averaged over $375,000 in yearly revenue, demonstrating the platform’s unmatched scale and earning potential.

For professionally managed businesses, Amazon provides access to the largest online customer base, world-class fulfillment infrastructure, and one of the highest-volume retail ecosystems ever created. While it is the most competitive marketplace, it also represents the greatest opportunity for scale, making it a cornerstone of a diversified e-commerce portfolio when paired with complementary platforms like Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms in the world by transforming entertainment into instant purchasing. With over 1 billion active users globally, 47 million U.S. shoppers, and users spending an average of 90+ minutes per day on the platform, TikTok’s recommendation algorithm places products directly in front of highly engaged buyers instead of requiring customers to search for them.

Studies show that more than 55% of TikTok users make impulse purchases, creating a marketplace driven by product discovery and brand social proof through influencer product placement. Combined with a growing seller-to-buyer imbalance and our sell-first fulfillment model, TikTok Shop provides an opportunity to participate in one of the fastest-expanding segments of modern e-commerce while minimizing traditional inventory risk.

1500+ Major Brand Partners

The foundation of a successful e-commerce business isn’t just the marketplace—it’s access to the right products. We’ve spent years building relationships with 1,500+ major U.S. brands and authorized distributors, providing our clients with access to products that many sellers never qualify to carry.

Every supplier relationship is supported by Letters of Authorization (LOAs), which are official documents confirming that products are sourced directly from an authorized distributor or brand. These documents help verify supply-chain authenticity and support compliance with marketplace requirements across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay. Unlike many sellers who depend on generic or private-label products, our model is built around established brands that consumers already know and trust.

Developing these partnerships requires years of proven operational performance, purchasing volume, and compliance standards. It’s an investment we’ve made so our clients can benefit from a professionally managed e-commerce business built on legitimate supplier relationships from day one.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Every store carries proper Letters of Authorization between YOUR business entity and the distributor. No alterations. No bulk-purchase workarounds.

WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T

Authorized distributor relationships require multi-year track records, capital, and volume commitments most automation companies cannot sustain.

Amazon SPN & Walmart ASP Certification

Managing successful marketplace businesses requires more than listing products—it requires meeting the standards of the marketplaces themselves. Our team operates through Amazon’s Service Provider Network (SPN) and works with Walmart’s Approved Solution Provider (ASP) ecosystem, programs designed to connect sellers with vetted third-party providers who meet platform standards for professionalism, compliance, and operational expertise.

As part of maintaining these relationships, we have undergone business verification and operational review, including providing documentation that demonstrates our experience managing client accounts and producing measurable results. Our business operations, client success history, and case studies have been reviewed as part of establishing and maintaining these marketplace relationships, giving prospective clients additional confidence that our systems are backed by real-world performance rather than marketing claims.

These recognitions reflect years of operational experience, marketplace compliance, and the systems necessary to manage stores at scale. Rather than relying on trial and error, our clients benefit from processes built around the same standards expected by the world’s two largest online marketplaces. Combined with our authorized distributor network, fulfillment infrastructure, and proprietary operating systems, these certifications reinforce our commitment to building compliant, sustainable, and professionally managed e-commerce businesses designed for long-term growth.

Backend Revenue Model

After the store buildouts, we operate on a profit split only from profits we've generated for you.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Our primary souce of profit from your store's ongoing performance. Our revenue comes from the profit-share split AFTER you make money.

WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T

Companies that can't deliver backend returns must profit upfront.

That's why you see low $25K setup fees, aggressive sales, and store-brokerage pivots.

Diversification Across Marketplaces

Just as experienced investors diversify across different asset classes, successful e-commerce businesses diversify across multiple marketplaces. Every platform attracts a different type of customer, shopping behavior, and purchasing intent. TikTok Shop captures discovery-driven and impulse buyers, eBay reaches customers actively searching on Google, Walmart benefits from repeat household purchasing, and Amazon delivers unmatched scale and transaction volume.

Because each marketplace experiences different seasonal trends, promotional events, and customer demand, diversifying across platforms helps reduce dependence on any single source of revenue while creating a more balanced and resilient portfolio of digital assets. Instead of relying on one marketplace to perform every month, your stores are positioned to benefit from multiple streams of customer demand throughout the year.

WHAT THIS MEANS

We're the only managed-portfolio partner across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop - built for risk-balanced allocation.

WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T

Building compliant infrastructure on one platform is hard. We've invested millions across all four, with software, ops, and distributor relationships for each.

Walmart

Walmart is one of the most overlooked opportunities in modern e-commerce. While most sellers compete in oversaturated marketplaces, Walmart has quietly built one of the largest online retail ecosystems in the country by combining its digital marketplace with over 4,700 physical stores and 270 million weekly shoppers. More than 35 million online orders are picked up in-store every week, creating a shopping experience built around convenience and repeat purchasing.

Unlike marketplaces driven primarily by one-time purchases, Walmart’s ecosystem encourages customers to save and automatically reorder products through recurring shopping carts.

This creates the potential for repeat business that compounds over time, allowing professionally managed stores to build a more predictable revenue stream. Combined with selective seller approvals, lower competition than Amazon, and growing online adoption, Walmart represents one of the strongest long-term opportunities for investors seeking exposure to professionally managed e-commerce businesses.

eBay

eBay remains one of the largest and most established e-commerce marketplaces in the world, yet it continues to be overlooked by many new sellers. With over 134 million active buyers, approximately 75% of users over the age of 35, and strong visibility through Google Search, eBay reaches a customer demographic that shops differently than social media users.

Recent investments in Google’s AI-powered search experience and Sponsored Products have further strengthened eBay’s ability to place products in front of high-intent buyers. Combined with its mature marketplace, trusted brand, and professionally managed operations, eBay provides consistent access to customers actively searching for products they are already planning to purchase, making it a valuable component of a diversified e-commerce portfolio.

AI Real Time Product Selection

Every day our proprietary systems analyze hundreds of millions of product data points to identify the strongest opportunities across multiple marketplaces. Instead of guessing what might sell, our team uses AI and real marketplace data to narrow millions of products into a curated portfolio of high-demand, high-margin opportunities. Only the products that meet our performance criteria are launched into client stores.

600M products analyzed:

→ top 10% by volume

→ top 10% by margin

→ 500-1,000 SKUs launched per store.

FBM With Seller Fulfilled Prime

Our fulfillment strategy is designed to maximize margins without sacrificing the customer experience. Rather than relying exclusively on Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) model, we utilize Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) together with Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)—an invitation-based program that allows qualified sellers to display the Prime badge while shipping orders through their own approved fulfillment network. Seller Fulfilled Prime requires consistently meeting Amazon’s strict performance standards for on-time delivery, nationwide Prime shipping, and customer satisfaction, making it a qualification that relatively few sellers maintain.

Because we fulfill orders outside Amazon’s warehouse network, our model avoids many of the additional costs commonly associated with FBA, including warehouse storage fees, long-term inventory storage charges, inbound placement fees, removal and disposal fees, and various inventory-related surcharges that can reduce profitability. We also avoid tying up significant capital by sending large quantities of inventory into Amazon fulfillment centers.

This approach gives us the flexibility to work with a broader range of nationally recognized brands while maintaining healthier margins through our sell-first purchasing strategy. By combining FBM with Seller Fulfilled Prime, our clients receive the trust and conversion benefits of the Prime badge while operating with a leaner, more capital-efficient fulfillment model designed for long-term profitability.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Multi-state warehouse network with 180+ W-2 US employees.

Products ship from our facilities - not drop-shipped from retailers.

WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T

It is genuinely expensive. Most companies use Amazon FBA, dropship from retailers, or rely on offshore contractors who cannot maintain compliance.

FAQ

Most Popular Questions

What Kind Of Profits Can I Expect?

Our FTC-backed earnings claims disclosure has reported 44.7% average ROI on COGS, which is a cumulative average across all platforms from January 2025 through January 2026 across 500+ stores.

E-commerce businesses are long-term assets, not short-term investments. There are systematic "probation periods" built into each platform to throttle sales of new stores in order to favor veteran stores. New stores therefore require time to establish platform trust, accumulate customer reviews, expand product catalogs, and build consistent sales history. As with any business, increased investment also speeds up this process and increases the sizes of returns.

As a result of platform restrictions, investors should not expect significant returns during the first six months of operation. While every store is different, meaningful growth often begins during the second year as the business matures and gains greater marketplace credibility as a veteran seller. The seven-figure stores you see did not achieve those results overnight—they were built over time through consistent optimization, expanded product selection, and sustained operational execution.

Is There A Guarantee?

Investing in or operating any business involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Past performance, historical results, case studies, testimonials, and client outcomes are provided for informational purposes only and are not indicative or guarantees of future performance or results. Individual outcomes will vary based on numerous factors, including market conditions, capital allocation, operational execution, and individual circumstances. Nothing on this website should be construed as legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, nor as an offer or guarantee of profits. Prospective clients should conduct their own due diligence and consult with qualified legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals before making any business or investment decision.

Why Does WA Need Partners?

If this model is so successful, why don’t we simply operate more stores ourselves?

We do. In fact, we actively own and operate our own e-commerce stores. However, the major marketplaces we partner with—including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop—limit the number of seller accounts an individual or business may operate under their Terms of Service.

Rather than being constrained by those limits, we created our partnership model. You own 100% of the business, receive 100% of the revenue generated by your store, and retain up to 70% of the net profits after paying our performance-based management fee.

Depending on your portfolio size, our profit share ranges from 30% to 40%, meaning we only succeed when your business succeeds.

What Are My Responsibilities As A Store Owner?

We built the WA model with busy professionals in mind.

Our team handles the day-to-day operations, including fulfillment, customer service, product listings, and marketing.

Your role is simply to review store performance and approve any significant business decisions, typically requiring about an hour per week, just as you would with your stock portfolio or financial advisor.

How Soon Will My Stores Be Operational?

Our goal is to have each store live in 30-90 days depending on the platform, and scaling within 12-16 weeks of onboarding.
