Wealth Automators Ecom Portfolios
Wealth Automators’ unique approach combines proven operating systems, experienced management, and established supplier relationships to maximize every available growth opportunity. For business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, professionally managed e-commerce portfolios provide the opportunity to diversify beyond traditional investments while building long-term cash flow. Backed by over nine years of experience, more than 100 active portfolios, and over $400 million in historical sales, our team helps transform capital into long-term business ownership and lasting wealth.
Amazon remains the largest e-commerce marketplace in the world and continues to set the standard for online retail. More than 60% of all products sold on Amazon come from independent third-party sellers, who collectively generate hundreds of billions of dollars in annual sales. In 2025 alone, more than 75,000 U.S. sellers surpassed $1 million in annual sales, while independent sellers averaged over $375,000 in yearly revenue, demonstrating the platform’s unmatched scale and earning potential.
For professionally managed businesses, Amazon provides access to the largest online customer base, world-class fulfillment infrastructure, and one of the highest-volume retail ecosystems ever created. While it is the most competitive marketplace, it also represents the greatest opportunity for scale, making it a cornerstone of a diversified e-commerce portfolio when paired with complementary platforms like Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
TikTok Shop has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms in the world by transforming entertainment into instant purchasing. With over 1 billion active users globally, 47 million U.S. shoppers, and users spending an average of 90+ minutes per day on the platform, TikTok’s recommendation algorithm places products directly in front of highly engaged buyers instead of requiring customers to search for them.
Studies show that more than 55% of TikTok users make impulse purchases, creating a marketplace driven by product discovery and brand social proof through influencer product placement. Combined with a growing seller-to-buyer imbalance and our sell-first fulfillment model, TikTok Shop provides an opportunity to participate in one of the fastest-expanding segments of modern e-commerce while minimizing traditional inventory risk.
The foundation of a successful e-commerce business isn’t just the marketplace—it’s access to the right products. We’ve spent years building relationships with 1,500+ major U.S. brands and authorized distributors, providing our clients with access to products that many sellers never qualify to carry.
Every supplier relationship is supported by Letters of Authorization (LOAs), which are official documents confirming that products are sourced directly from an authorized distributor or brand. These documents help verify supply-chain authenticity and support compliance with marketplace requirements across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay. Unlike many sellers who depend on generic or private-label products, our model is built around established brands that consumers already know and trust.
Developing these partnerships requires years of proven operational performance, purchasing volume, and compliance standards. It’s an investment we’ve made so our clients can benefit from a professionally managed e-commerce business built on legitimate supplier relationships from day one.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Every store carries proper Letters of Authorization between YOUR business entity and the distributor. No alterations. No bulk-purchase workarounds.
WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T
Authorized distributor relationships require multi-year track records, capital, and volume commitments most automation companies cannot sustain.
Managing successful marketplace businesses requires more than listing products—it requires meeting the standards of the marketplaces themselves. Our team operates through Amazon’s Service Provider Network (SPN) and works with Walmart’s Approved Solution Provider (ASP) ecosystem, programs designed to connect sellers with vetted third-party providers who meet platform standards for professionalism, compliance, and operational expertise.
As part of maintaining these relationships, we have undergone business verification and operational review, including providing documentation that demonstrates our experience managing client accounts and producing measurable results. Our business operations, client success history, and case studies have been reviewed as part of establishing and maintaining these marketplace relationships, giving prospective clients additional confidence that our systems are backed by real-world performance rather than marketing claims.
These recognitions reflect years of operational experience, marketplace compliance, and the systems necessary to manage stores at scale. Rather than relying on trial and error, our clients benefit from processes built around the same standards expected by the world’s two largest online marketplaces. Combined with our authorized distributor network, fulfillment infrastructure, and proprietary operating systems, these certifications reinforce our commitment to building compliant, sustainable, and professionally managed e-commerce businesses designed for long-term growth.
After the store buildouts, we operate on a profit split only from profits we've generated for you.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Our primary souce of profit from your store's ongoing performance. Our revenue comes from the profit-share split AFTER you make money.
WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T
Companies that can't deliver backend returns must profit upfront.
That's why you see low $25K setup fees, aggressive sales, and store-brokerage pivots.
Just as experienced investors diversify across different asset classes, successful e-commerce businesses diversify across multiple marketplaces. Every platform attracts a different type of customer, shopping behavior, and purchasing intent. TikTok Shop captures discovery-driven and impulse buyers, eBay reaches customers actively searching on Google, Walmart benefits from repeat household purchasing, and Amazon delivers unmatched scale and transaction volume.
Because each marketplace experiences different seasonal trends, promotional events, and customer demand, diversifying across platforms helps reduce dependence on any single source of revenue while creating a more balanced and resilient portfolio of digital assets. Instead of relying on one marketplace to perform every month, your stores are positioned to benefit from multiple streams of customer demand throughout the year.
WHAT THIS MEANS
We're the only managed-portfolio partner across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop - built for risk-balanced allocation.
WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T
Building compliant infrastructure on one platform is hard. We've invested millions across all four, with software, ops, and distributor relationships for each.
Walmart is one of the most overlooked opportunities in modern e-commerce. While most sellers compete in oversaturated marketplaces, Walmart has quietly built one of the largest online retail ecosystems in the country by combining its digital marketplace with over 4,700 physical stores and 270 million weekly shoppers. More than 35 million online orders are picked up in-store every week, creating a shopping experience built around convenience and repeat purchasing.
Unlike marketplaces driven primarily by one-time purchases, Walmart’s ecosystem encourages customers to save and automatically reorder products through recurring shopping carts.
This creates the potential for repeat business that compounds over time, allowing professionally managed stores to build a more predictable revenue stream. Combined with selective seller approvals, lower competition than Amazon, and growing online adoption, Walmart represents one of the strongest long-term opportunities for investors seeking exposure to professionally managed e-commerce businesses.
eBay remains one of the largest and most established e-commerce marketplaces in the world, yet it continues to be overlooked by many new sellers. With over 134 million active buyers, approximately 75% of users over the age of 35, and strong visibility through Google Search, eBay reaches a customer demographic that shops differently than social media users.
Recent investments in Google’s AI-powered search experience and Sponsored Products have further strengthened eBay’s ability to place products in front of high-intent buyers. Combined with its mature marketplace, trusted brand, and professionally managed operations, eBay provides consistent access to customers actively searching for products they are already planning to purchase, making it a valuable component of a diversified e-commerce portfolio.
Every day our proprietary systems analyze hundreds of millions of product data points to identify the strongest opportunities across multiple marketplaces. Instead of guessing what might sell, our team uses AI and real marketplace data to narrow millions of products into a curated portfolio of high-demand, high-margin opportunities. Only the products that meet our performance criteria are launched into client stores.
600M products analyzed:
→ top 10% by volume
→ top 10% by margin
→ 500-1,000 SKUs launched per store.
Our fulfillment strategy is designed to maximize margins without sacrificing the customer experience. Rather than relying exclusively on Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) model, we utilize Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) together with Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)—an invitation-based program that allows qualified sellers to display the Prime badge while shipping orders through their own approved fulfillment network. Seller Fulfilled Prime requires consistently meeting Amazon’s strict performance standards for on-time delivery, nationwide Prime shipping, and customer satisfaction, making it a qualification that relatively few sellers maintain.
Because we fulfill orders outside Amazon’s warehouse network, our model avoids many of the additional costs commonly associated with FBA, including warehouse storage fees, long-term inventory storage charges, inbound placement fees, removal and disposal fees, and various inventory-related surcharges that can reduce profitability. We also avoid tying up significant capital by sending large quantities of inventory into Amazon fulfillment centers.
This approach gives us the flexibility to work with a broader range of nationally recognized brands while maintaining healthier margins through our sell-first purchasing strategy. By combining FBM with Seller Fulfilled Prime, our clients receive the trust and conversion benefits of the Prime badge while operating with a leaner, more capital-efficient fulfillment model designed for long-term profitability.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Multi-state warehouse network with 180+ W-2 US employees.
Products ship from our facilities - not drop-shipped from retailers.
WHY COMPETITORS CAN'T
It is genuinely expensive. Most companies use Amazon FBA, dropship from retailers, or rely on offshore contractors who cannot maintain compliance.
You’re Building a Real Business—Not Just an E-Commerce Store
You’re not simply purchasing storefronts. You’re building a legitimate U.S. distribution business with your own LLC, business banking, credit profile, marketplace accounts, and authorized supplier relationships. As your business grows, so does the value of the asset—creating a company with verifiable revenue history, established vendor relationships, and infrastructure that can continue operating or even be sold in the future. Rather than starting from scratch, you’re plugged into an ecosystem that has taken over a decade to build.

About us
Erica is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Automators, where she leads the vision behind a multi-platform e-commerce model built for professionals, business owners, and investors who want to participate in online business ownership without becoming full-time operators.
Her career in e-commerce began by building and scaling her own stores across major online marketplaces. After gaining early traction on eBay, she expanded into Amazon, where her performance attracted business partners and ultimately led her to begin managing stores for others. What started as personal success became a scalable operating model built around one central idea: clients own the businesses, while an experienced team provides the systems, supplier relationships, and day-to-day execution required to grow them.
Over time, Erica moved into executive leadership roles across multiple e-commerce companies, helping shape store strategy, marketplace expansion, and operational growth during one of the industry’s most transformative periods. As platforms evolved, she recognized that long-term success could no longer depend on Amazon alone. Wealth Automators was created to combine the strongest systems from several established e-commerce operations into a diversified portfolio model spanning Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other emerging marketplaces.
Today, Erica focuses on helping clients build professionally managed e-commerce portfolios using established domestic brands, authorized distribution relationships, and a long-term approach to marketplace growth. Her philosophy is centered on sustainable business ownership rather than short-term hype—building stores patiently, protecting account health, and creating infrastructure designed to perform across changing market conditions.
Erica is also deeply committed to philanthropy and using business as a force for good. After she and her family were personally affected by the Los Angeles wildfires, Wealth Automators dedicated a portion of company proceeds to support disaster-relief efforts through Convoy of Hope. The accompanying video highlights that initiative and reflects her belief that business success should create an opportunity to give back to the communities that need it most.
